INFINITI of Nashua
Dealership Sales Review
To say I am furious about my experience is an understatement.I made an appointment to come from Maine to Nashua to test drive an Infiniti QX60. When I arrived the to test drive the car, you could it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke you could smell it from the outside of the car. Jordan said they could take care of the smell if I were to purchase the car. Why they wouldn't have done that beforehand I don't know. I ended up purchasing a different QX60 that was certified used. I wanted a specific mat for the back of the car which wasn't in stock so Jordan went online and ordered one to be shipped to me. When I received it, it was not what I had wanted it was actually the same mat that the car came with. I called and spoke to the parts department and they said I could ship it back but would have to pay for shipping. Shipping was almost $60 and the mat cost less than $80. I contacted Jordan and after several emails he agreed to pay the shipping.(I can provide these emails if you would like). I never received the reimbursement from Jordan, I had to email him several times a week to even get a response. In addition, he never contacted me after I purchased the car to see how I liked it. Fast forward, Jordan had told me to bring it to my local Infiniti Dealer after I drove it 5,000 miles to have it checked and the oil changed which I did. The first time I brought it they found the transmission pan gasket and output shaft seal needed to be replaced(which was covered by the warrantee) and there was recall on the vehicle. They ordered the parts and I brought it back yesterday, October 20, 2022 once the parts were in. While they were repairing it the found that the CV Axel and bracket were seized together and needed to be replaced. The cost to fix this will be approximately $1,000.00 and for some reason this is not covered by the warrantee. I am not sure why seeing it is a Certified Used Vehicle that I have only driven about 6,000 miles. I was told there was a bumper to bumper extended warrantee because it is certified. I plan to follow up on this with Infiniti. Prior to the purchase of the vehicle I was in contact with Infiniti of Nashua frequently and they always responded to me promptly. As soon as I purchased the car it was close to impossible to get Jordan to return any of my emails. This is extremely poor customer service and Jordan lied to me about paying for the cost to ship the mat back. I am very disappointed and would never recommend anyone purchase a car at Infiniti of Nashua. I actually have two friends who are interested in buying a the same car and have let them know what my experience was like.
