Had an amazing experience with the service team at Lithia Volkswagen. Brought my car in for a freak issue and they were able to take care of it in less than 24 hours and did everything they could to keep the cost down for me. They also showed me exactly what needed to be done and explained it in a way that made sense to a non-car guy like myself and helped me feel that they weren't just tacking expenses on to make a quick buck. It really meant a lot to me as the repair came at the worst time for me financially, so any little bit helped.
