My oil light had come on, so I had to drop in to get checked. Even though it was a very busy day & the service lounge was busy & full of customers, all of the service guys were right there to help you & Randy, the GM, was greeting people, offering refreshments, pleasant conversation & comfortable seating. Very impressed with the level of customer service! I hope it continues after the dust settles with the new construction. I'm also happy that you have reinstated the appt. policy for car services - the 'drop-in' thing didn't seem to be working... The only thing I would suggest for your customer service lounge (& maybe it's already in the making...), are charging stations for mobile devices while waiting.
