From making the appointment via phone ( your on-line) schedule did not work. The person who took the cal was great and access to service was very easy. I arrived a little early and was taken in the office and helped by Rob. He was friendly and set me up very quickly. Within 30 minutes he came in and told me the car was ready. He also relied my service record i.e. brakes etc.. and i really appreciated that since I rely on Subaru for my records. He walked me to my car and I was off. Solid Experience. Service seem to have improved in the past year and that will be the difference maker when Im ready to make another car purchase. BTW the up front oil change was well worth it when I purchased my Outback.
