Excellent Customer Service

Excellent all around customer service, from the scheduling, meeting with service advisor, receiving updates, and reviewing maintenance/service performed. Both the service advisor Julie Tomlinson, and the Service Mgr, Carlos Buggia are exceptional to work with. Overall, the Dolan Lexus Service Dept. personnel are all professional, courteous and customer oriented.
