Our 2021 Lexus GX experienced a problem with the reception of satellite radio. This took a considerable amount of time (six plus weeks), effort and expertise on the part of the tech's at DOLAN LEXUS, the entire support team of our Service Advisor, Julie Tomlinson and Service Manager, Carlos Buggia, to determine the exact cause and ultimate "fix" for the vehicle. This issue also involved the technical support at the Lexus factory to ultimately resolve. Throughout the entire process, our service was exceptional and nothing but first rate. Whatever we needed with respect to the use of a"loaner", as well as whatever we needed support wise was provided. The service at this dealership has always been very good, and the resolution of this issue ratifies the exceptional nature of those comments. Exceptional service by a first rate team!
