The Advisor, Javier M, was very professional through the entire transaction. I had come in for an oil change and after he did an initial check of my vehicle, he began to make suggestions and I ended up agreeing to have the 30K maintenance service at that time. I appreciated that Javier tried to save me some money, but at the end of the day the 30k service made sense to me at that time.
