Scratch after service

The vehicle was brought in to fix scratches. After more than 2 hours despite the scheduled appointment, the service and car wash was done, there was a scuff on the back that wasn’t there before it was serviced. The service dept refused to fix it even though it was pointed out that it happened during their service. Poor customer service. Not to mention this vehicle was brand new and was bought from this dealership just a month ago. Bad customer service.
