Dealership Service Review
I went to this dealership for a simple battery change, expecting a quick service since my car is under warranty. However, I ended up waiting for over two hours just for them to replace the battery. To make matters worse, despite being under warranty, they refused to honor it for the battery replacement and charged me a whopping $400. When I mentioned local dealership coupons that could have saved me money, they outright refused to match them. This has been my worst dealership experience in twenty years of owning Honda cars. The service was slow, the costs were exorbitant, and the customer service was incredibly disappointing. I will not be returning to this dealership and would advise others to look elsewhere for their Honda service needs.
