My wife and I walked in wanting to check out the new Pilot, Loved it! Was surprisingly better than we anticipated. Richie was a lot of help. He was super patient while we decided what we wanted to do. We ended up leaving to think about it, came back the next day and Richie helped get us into the Pilot with terms we were comfortable with!!
