Dealership Service Review
An oil change and a tire sensor replacement took 11 hours. When I picked up the car they said it took longer because they had to talk to the insurance to approve the sensor. Really 11hours! When I picked up the car, no body offer to help, it was my first time in this dealer and. I body there offer any assistance. I follow the signs where it said CASHIER, I stood there for 25 min. When it was my turned, they said I was standing in the wrong cashier. They sent me back to the service area, I stood there but I didn’t know where to go or who to talked to as my service guy Don had already gone home. my wife asked for the manager as it got ridiculous. The manager tried to get defensive in the beginning as he was using excuses to justify why it took long but at the end he said something had gone wrong, it shouldn’t had taken that long and offer for compensation but I didn’t accept it. I reply your employees need to get paid and when you don’t charge for a service. Done they are the ones affected. I didn’t ask for a manager to get away from paying but more for awareness, I paid in full!!
