Lana was great!

I've been coming to Findlay since I moved to Las Vegas from California in 2017. I used to do all my dealings with Anthony, but since he left I have tried a couple of different advisors. However, Lana Garceau is fantastic! She went over and beyond to make sure I got the best service and coverage necessary for my vehicle. She called the warranty company and got them to come out and do an inspection which ultimately allowed them to approve my service. I was put into a rental car that was also covered and Lana kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you to Lana and her extraordinary customer service.
