Fairway Chevrolet

I worked with Rolando at Fariway Chevrolet and made it apparent from the beginning that I was setting the tone and demeanor of any potential sale. May have sounded harsh but too many auto salespeople in this town are horrible and disrespectful! Rolando understood my concerns and did everything in his power to shuffle paperwork as quickly as possible (4.5 hours from walk-in to drive-out). I got a "fair price" for my 2011 Ford Escape with 12,000 miles + cash contribution to the sale. It was a bit more than I wanted but I got the exact car I had been looking for for 2 years. All staff have been friendly, especially Louie in Parts. I'd prefer to go to Car Max but Rolando may have hooked a future customer. I highly recommend talking with Rolando if you are at Fairway Chevrolet!
