onWent in for an oil change, by appointment, and was told all of a sudden my car needed 4 hours worth of work done to it, so to the point I had to only do the oil change and make a 2nd appointment for the 2nd step and will have to make a 3rd appointment for the other item, I feel you should give people a heads up when extra work, like recalls for software update, so your guests can make arrangements for other transportation since you no longer offer rides or loaner vehicles.
