AutoNation Volkswagen Las Vegas
Dealership Sales Review
I went in with a friend and Volkswagen owner a few years back to check out a Volkswagen. I was interested in a black Jetta on the lot, but noticed it was damaged from a side swipe. Though we didn't know the price, I asked if they would lower the price of the car due to the damage, and he said that it wasn't possible. I can't count how many times we asked the sales guy HOW MUCH the vehicle was, and he kept pressuring me to get my credit run and paperwork in. He kept asking, "Do you like the car? Do you like the car?"..... "Yes... I like the car. What is the price?" We walked out after he refused to tell us the price. I was flabbergasted. Seriously. A week later, a "manager" called and tried to get me to come back in, got interrupted with something else, and said he would call me the next day. I never heard back. Horrible experience. I will never deal with them.
