My overall experience with my salesman was fantastic. Working out a fair price for my trade-in, test driving the vehicle, and the ease of making my decision went extremely well. The finance department could have run better. The finance person, other than explaining the extra warranty options, did not explain the paper work, the terms of my loan or my payment. However my salesman and I had discussed all of that so I did know what was going on. Also I was receiving cash back from my trade in and the finance person didn’t know when I would get that money back or feel it necessary to make sure I had documentation showing that, but I was not leaving without something that showed I was owed money. He couldn’t give me answers about the green slip, he is the reason I am giving only 4 stars. My overall experience with my salesman Derek was terrific and I would recommend him to my friends.
