We walked into Desert VW after leaving an unsatisfactory experience at another dealership down the street and were very surprised by how friendly the sales that greeted us was at Desert VW. Tom O’Malley the salesperson was very helpful. After looking and test driving different vehicles Tom and Farris worked with my husband and I to create a fantastic deal. We loved how straight forward, thorough, and funny they were to make our deal and awesome experience. We loved the experience so much that my husband and I came back within the same week and bought another brand new car from this dealership.
