Jacob Link was a stellar sales specialist at the Audi location on Sahara. He was cool and no pressure energy, when I entered the sales area. He asked only a few questions but then offered a test drive. I told him I would be back the next day to purchase the car and confirmed I would be in. He was there 9am the next morning on his day off to greet me and stayed through the long day of the sale to make sure I was satisfied. When I later came back after the sale, he greeted me and kept up the same energy and friendliness. I appreciated his candor and professional demeanor.
