When you check their web site; you will see 4 to 7 new autos (hybrid Highlander 2034/2024) to buy, but you will not see that these autos have all ready been spoken for by the deposits. And if you don’t place a deposit down you are placed on the back burner for a very long time. Even after telling them that I don’t need financing; I will pay with cashiers Chequers or personal Chequers. Sales person (Geo) was greet. Sales manager (Tam) dropped the ball, by not keeping in the loop and could have told me that a deposit need to reserve me a Hybrid Highlander. Customer service assistant (Da) could have informed me what was needed of me; like a deposit since I was there in person to make a deal. All in all Findlay Toyota fell pretty short on everything. It’s all about the mighty dollar and customer service comes last.
