Poor service and experience

onProblem not resolved and reoccurred immediately after leaving. Representative was on the phone for five minutes just to hand me my keys and point to where my vehicle was located. Once getting to my vehicle I had to remove plastic seat cover, paper floor cover, and paper key ring. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
