The work I was gonna have done was going to run into the technicians lunch hour and so I was told that he would finish the job when he got back from lunch. I stated that would not be a problem. The dealership offered me a car to take to lunch which I ended up declining. The technician then stayed into his lunch hour to finish the job so I wouldn't have to wait so long. Way to go - they securely took the extra mile in customer service!!!
