We've had several issues with this 2014 Impala and updates had been completed. Wayne, Mark Wagner, and Jim took the time to discuss the issues that we had been seeing and experiencing with this Impala and come up with a game plan to get it taken care of. Wayne and Dan contacted GM to see what could be done next to solve these issues. We greatly appreciate their time and effort in trying to get the best possible solution to our outstanding issues. They also found that we had a leak in the tail light and water was getting to the trunk, so this was resolved during this visit also. As well, as a recall that we hadn't even heard about yet. Wayne does an excellent job and keeps us well informed on the progress and what steps were being completed. Wayne has even checked in a couple times this week to ensure that we aren't seeing the issues return. We are quite pleased with the service at Sid Dillon's.
