This visit was in response to a recall on my 2009 Impala. It took ess than an hour to have the ignition keys modified to accomodate a smaller key ring. In my opinion this was a bandaid fix for the larger issue concerning the ignition switch problem. The service writer was very friendly though, and the dealership did what GM advised them to do.
