Exhaust temperature recall

onService was great and the job is done well. However I have been trying to get a hold of the service manager for over two weeks now. The part they replaced was in exhaust temperature sensor on my pick up has been recalled. I called Ford corporate and talk to them about it and they said that the dealership had to request the refund for the funds that I paid to have it repaired I have not heard back from the srevice manager at all. Would really like to get this taken care of.
