onWorst dealership experience of my life. The oil pressure switch which is under warranty malfunctioned and caused an engine knock. My Kia was at 102,000 miles so they refused to fix it. I’ve been carless for weeks waiting on them to service the car I wanted to purchase to replace mine. They sold the car they were getting ready for me and now they’re charging me a fee to look at my total car when I didn’t ask them to look at it. I asked if it was fixable. They charged me for doing nothing. It was already diagnosed by my mechanic. Nobody communicates in that building and they have horrible communication with customers. DO NOT BUY A KIA.

Dealer Response
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Stephanie. We apologize that the manufacturer declined the coverage. We have exhausted all avenues to try and get coverage for your vehicle. Unfortunately, the situation did not pan out the way we all hoped it would.
