onTechnician took the time to sit down with me and indicate upcoming service needs for my HHR. i.e., new tires needed by next service date. He gave me an idea of the cost so I can anticipate this and so I will be prepared for this expense. He was genuine and gave me clear information in language I could comprehend regarding the service provided.
