The oil change was good, with excellent service, and in a timely manner. I also wanted my driver side door looked at. That section was busy and only seen one attendant. I think it was steve or sten. He took my silverado information and mine also. I figured a call from him if it was covered undee my warranty with 27k mils and around 3 years. I do have an extend warranty with it when i bought the truck.
