Knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly personnel in all areas of the shop. The person who checked me in, the mechanic & team leader, and the counter person were all wonderful. My overall visit took approximately 3.5 hours. It took a while to figure out what was causing the car's problem. Since I came prepared with a source of music and my book the wait passed pleasantly. Overall a very nice experience as far as repair call go.
