onGm appt system needs work. Online check in doesn’t mean checked in. Waited 30 mins until I approached staff and found the online check in doesn’t do anything or alert them. As I said before, on hub scratched, and tires inflated improperly for my vehicle. At least in this case it was within tire spec, but not vehicle spec. Asked about a noise and was told initially they would check. Pick up I was told auto issues are beyond their scope. End of discussion. Would’ve been nice to have a person or department to reach out to to get it figured out.
