I arrived 10 minutes late - there were 3 cars in front of me so by the time I waited to get in I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. The clerk said she couldn’t accept me in the appointment line so after waiting there she made me go back out and wait in the no appointment line - understandable. An hour and a half later she didn’t send anyone to help and the appointment line was empty for about 45 minutes after that. She was extremely unhelpful when I went back in all she said was you were late so you have to wait. After that I spoke to one of the mechanics who helped me get my oil changed and I was out of there in 15 minutes. I usually go to Brooklyn Park for service I chose this dealership since it is closer to home but unfortunately will never go back it was a waste of my time and energy.
