Dealership Service Review
So I will start off this review saying that the service done to my car was done thoroughly and was done by a friend who is a lube technician he messaged me on Facebook and let me know what was going on with my vehicle blah blah blah now today June 26th I had an appointment at 7:30 a.m. I'm having issues with my driver's seat belt not properly retracting I arrived at the building the service manager Darrell greeted me and asked me why I'm there I'm a past employee upon purchasing my vehicle from them I received two free oil changes the second one was good The first one it took two hours to get the oil change done I left them a bad rating because of it after being a past employee I know it doesn't take that long to do an oil change especially a warranty oil change so back to today in 26th I was denied service by Darrell the service manager due to me leaving a one-star review for my oil change taking over 2 hours and having to sit at the dealership with my eight and a half month pregnant girlfriend So now I wasted my time and my gas for an appointment that was not upheld due to the service manager acting like a child
