It was a very pleasant service experience. The service consultant Neil was helpful and cordial. I arrived at the service department, was quickly process through with minimal paperwork, on the shuttle and home within 25 minutes from first arriving. Amazing. Within a few hours I received a call from Neil that my vehicle was ready. Went in, picked up the vehicle and was out again with no hassles. Very good experience - don't see any room for improvement.
