Dealership Service Review
The Serra service people were extremely helpful; I highly recommend their service department to everyone I speak with! Unfortunately, this was my third GMC dealership visit for warranty brake work on my new 2013 Sierra truck; brakes vibrate and pulsating upon application at highway speeds. My first two warranty service visits were to another area GMC dealership - they did not solve my problem AND gave me poor service to boot. Although Serra service rep was very honest and helped me every way he possibly could, I still have a complaint about my brake warranty work. Unfortunately my complaint is how GMC warranty work is conducted on my brakes and nothing to do with the Serra dealerships service department. When I do finally get my complaint taken care of with GMC, and believe me I am going to fight this as far as I can, I will be sure to request to have the Serra service department complete the final repairs, they were that honest and helpful!
