Serra treats me like a good friend

Serra has always treated me like I am someone special. This time after calling for an appointment, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and when my car was done they gave me a cookie and a car wash. This is not unusual. I've always been treated to a cookie and most of the time a car wash also. Plus the service personnel all greet me and treat me like a good friend.
