Fast and accurate service

I've had my car into service a few times during my ownership experience, and Eric has taken care of me each time. The availability of loaner for Cadillac owners is definitely a bonus, since you don't have to pay extra to get a rental or worry about lining something up. The service has always been prompt, as a added benefit, they have always given my car a thorough look and replaced things that they think could become problems under warranty. I will never go anywhere else for service.
