Serra Buick GMC

Our experience was better than we hoped for. After almost purchasing a vehicle from another dealer (there were some major imperfections), we traveled up the road to Serra. Thankfully they were open as it was Saturday. We were greeted by Casey (can't remember his last name-sorry), he promply showed us an almost identical vehicle to the one we were going to purchase form the other dealer. Next thing you know, we agreed to purchase. Told them that we were already approved however I would let the Business manager see if he could match or beat our rate. Low and behold, Jim beat the rate by 1/2 of a percent. Go Jim! So everything went smooth with the closing, and Monday evening we drove home with our brand new GMC 1500 Sierra. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, informative and had a great positive attitude. Thank you Casey, Jim and the Serra Team. Hoping that if we are ever in need of service, we will have the same great experience with the service department. Keep your fingers crossed!
