Serra Buick GMC

It was my first visit to Serra. Art was my sales person. Though the dealership was very busy, I found myself being taken care of by Art and team members as needed. I received a great deal on my trade in as well as the new car. I hadn't planned on buying a new car - EVER!, but the price and service was so good that I changed my mind. I was so pleased with my experience that I provided my feedback to the General Manager directly. I also thanked the Buick Car Sales Manager, New Cars Sales Manager and the Controller. All of whom were incredibly pleasant and helpful. This is exactly the kind of experience you hope for at dealerships. Thank you, Brian, Matt, Art and Bob again for your outstanding service.
