The service team at Serra GMC of Rochester is very knowledgeable, hopeful, and courteous. I specifically deal with and recommend Eric. Eric does a fantastic job to accommodate me and my schedule while getting my vehicle promptly and professionally serviced. Eric goes up and above his duties as a service advisor to make sure I am completely satisfied. Even when an issue arose, Eric promptly and professionally rectified the issue beyond satisfaction.
