Seelye Kia Kalamazoo

To understand this review you need to understand the back story. I lived and worked in the Kalamazoo, MI area from 2009 - 2012 and during this time period I purchased two vehicles from Stan. Specifically because of my experience with those purchases (the first led to the second) I am back to buy another vehicle from him and the Seelye Kia dealership team. Where I am now. At the time of writing this review I am an active duty Marine currently stationed in Okinawa, Japan and came accompanied with my family. Due to circumstances changing my wife had to return to Tennessee in order to take care of family matters and was going to need a vehicle to get around. I could have just purchased any random vehicle but with me not being able to physically check out the vehicle, I needed to know that the vehicle purchased would be safe, reliable, dependable, capable of anything that was thrown in my wife's direction, and I had to trust the salesman would take care of her as I would. Naturally, I called up Stan (in Michigan) from half a world away and asked: what can you do for me? Stan took the information I gave him, searched through the inventory available to him, used the resources available, and acquired a vehicle that met every wicket I asked for; and he did so with a time constraint as my wife’s priority was to get to Tennessee as soon as possible. My wife wanted a Ford Escape, I wanted longevity. For my wife's comfort and convenience I also wanted bells and whistles so when I contacted Stan and asked him to get my wife the Ruby Red 2018 Ford Escape (Titanium), he made it happen. Base on past experience I know that if my wife or I have any questions or concerns we can bring it back to Stan even though my wife drove off the lot and is leaving the state. I also know that it takes more than one person to make a vehicle purchase happen so I want to thank both Ashly and Tyler for the part they played in making this vehicle purchase happen quickly and smoothly. As a leader I know this type of work environment is a reflection of the vision set by the owners/senior management. If you are ever in need of a vehicle I cannot recommend enough that you make a visit to the Seelye Auto Group and let them see what they can do for you. The last thing I will say is thank you.
