My experience purchasing a Ford Mustang Mach-E was excellent. Phil, my salesperson, was well-informed about the various options in each option. He was always polite and respectful, and a good communicator. The negotiations on price was straightforward. As a woman, I appreciate the fact that he spoke to me directly and not always to my husband. I appreciated being able to take a car on a test drive without the salesperson coming along. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and helpful.
