Tiny New Vehicle Glitch: No Worries!
by JoeOshtemo on 03/15/2024I had low coolant in a new Explorer. Rob referred me to Chrissy and Paris called me and helped schedule an appointment to check it out. Brendon, the service writer was very thorough with questions that "the customer stated", which matched… the RO. Turned out it was a hose clamp and Brendon tolerated my car stories and my pleasure with my new XT. All my "people interactions" have shown me one thing: " I matter".
