Just walked in and Rob met me right away. Was extremely kind right from the beginning. The deal took a bit to get done as I asked for a fair amount. Never a complaint from any of the staff. The deal went past closing and it still never seemed to be an imposition on anyone. Very thankful for the great service. You don't see it very often these days.
