LaFontaine Chevrolet
Dealership Service Review
The key faub on my 2018 Chevrolet Traxx hasn't worked for the last few months, but I've always been able to get into my car and start it via the old way in the 1980s, by putting the key in the key hole to unlock the door. Whoever runs Chevrolet now decided to activate the anti-theft deterrent on my 2018 Chevrolet Traxx last Saturday, and I couldn't start my car. I am grateful LaFontaine Chevrolet in Dexter, Michigan. I was just in your dealership a couple of months ago , and not one, I repeat not one of your service technicians said anything about needing to get my key faub fixed, even though it was very evident I needed a new key faub then. I am the primary caregiver for my 84 year old Father who has, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), 2 time Cancer survivor, chronic Diabetic, blood sepsis, we had to pay $3,000 for him last month for new hearing aids, and now he needs new diabetic shoes, he is prone to blood clots, and YOU GUYS think nothing of charging me $651.00 for something the original estimate was only $251.00. The actual amount is over $600.00, and the original estimate was $251.00. I make only $1,500 a month working 120 hours a week taking care of my sick Dad. It is very dirty what LaFontaine Chevrolet did to me. Very, very dirty.
