This was a very smooth transaction on a lightly used vehicle they took as a trade. Found the car on the on the weekend. Came in to see it a few days later. Took it for a test drive. Negotiated price and a few other minor things. Returned the next week and closed the sale. Car was detailed and looked nice despite the construction dust from their parking lot being excavated. When we got the car home and gave it a quick bath, we noticed a tiny chip in the windshield that we previously didn't see. They connected us with their auto glass partner who quickly made the repair. I dealt with Mark in Sales and Kelly in Service and both were fantastic. In case you didn't get it, the title of this review is in reference to another dealership in the Springfield, MA area. Don't go there.
