When a Dealership Acts like JiffyLube

onI have taken my car to this dealership for over 10 years for all maintenance needs. This includes 3 dealership (Boston, Medford, Westborough) moves making it inconvenient to patronize. Yet, I kept coming. At my most recent visit, there was no personal treatment like I would usually get from Ferdy. Normally, they would do a courtesy wash and then walk me through the multi-checkpoint inspection. No car wash and I was told to watch the video they sent. Not sure if it was simply a bad day but definitely left a bad impression.
