Herb Chambers INFINITI of Westborough

We came into the dealership on Good Friday at 5:35pm to see and drive a Tesla we had seen on line only an hour earlier. My wife had been doing research for several weeks for a specific model and features, the vehicle at Herb Chambers Infinity checked all the boxes including price. We high tailed it to Westborough, as mentioned we arrived with 25 min to spare. The salesman, Lauds Viljean was great, he was personable and patient, considering the day and time. He did not rush us or hurry us in any way. In fact several of the team stayed behind while we were there, making small talk and honestly making this one of the best car purchases I have ever had. I would be remiss if I did not mention Marc Starr the Finance Director, who was also a pleasure to work with.
