Rattle coming from the dashboard screen area

I brought my Mercedes in to solve an irritating problem ..... a rattle in the dashboard area. My service advisor, Enio R., was extremely courteous, considerate and very concerned about my problem. He kept me informed about what was being done, and overall, the whole transaction was a pleasant experience. I have dealt with Enio in the past and words cannot describe what a caring, honest, concerned person he is. I applaud this dealership for having such a person working for them. Rocco Marciello
