Dealership Sales Review
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Boston, particularly when purchasing a new 2025 Mercedes G63 AMG. Initially, we agreed on a selling price with management team, and I secured financing based on that agreement. However, once I was ready to finalize the deal, the dealership unexpectedly added extra fees, which were never disclosed upfront. The management team, specifically Omar and GSM Chadi, handled the situation in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Rather than addressing my concerns, they were dismissive and Omar specifically made derogatory comments, including “I don’t like you, and I don’t want to sell the car to you.” Such treatment is completely unacceptable to anybody, and I am now considering legal action for the blatant discrimination and mistreatment I experienced. The derogatory comments left me feeling disrespected. This dealership appears to prioritize profit over customer service, especially when dealing with high-end vehicles like the G-Wagon. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Boston, especially if you value transparency, professionalism, and respectful treatment as a customer.
