I had the best car buying experience With Carlos Romero from Mercedes Benz of Boston. I showed up close to closing at the Somerville store to inquire about a car I had seen online, after looking around the store he discovered it was at the Medford location. Carlos could’ve said come back Monday instead he said follow me to the Medford store which I did, got to see the car and drive it around the parking lot it was now after six p.m.. The next few days I showed up everyday test driving the car, asking questions and going through the buying process. Carlos was accommodating and patient he rode shotgun and answered all my questions. When I showed up Friday it wasn’t for another test drive it was to drive my new car home, Carlos had it waiting for me with a bow and his winning smile!
