Overall the dealership experience was the best I've had when looking to purchase a new vehicle. The showroom and waiting areas were very clean and inviting. Folks were friendly and helpful but never made me feel pressured in any way. After a few walks around the car lot we sat down with Bruce to discuss our requirements for a vehicle and what was actually available. Bruce answered our questions and also offered additional information that was extremely helpful. After narrowing down the make of Subaru, we selected a vehicle and went for the test drive. Again, no pressure. We discussed the extra items I was looking for and Bruce suggested the package that contained those items. There was no oversell. I selected my vehicle. Bruce contacted my insurance company, registered the vehicle, and obtained the inspection sticker. We arranged a time for pickup of the car, met the service team with whom we would deal in the future, got another review of the bells and whistles of the vehicle, were handed the keys and I was the owner of a new car. A very happy owner!
